What an amazing achievement and inspiring journey to follow along. As time went on I found I was getting more and more invested in the journey. Seeing the highs and lows the ocean threw at you and your drive to just keep going. Watching the mental, physical and emotional challenges endured has been amazing to see. You have shown great courage, strength and whats possible with determination, hard work and not putting limitations on oneself - great to show your daughter's at such a young age, anything is possible. What can I say Daragh? When I first heard that you were taking on this epic challenge, I thought you had lost it. And when you told me that you weren't really a rower, I thought you were beyond help.
Most men of a certain age take up golf, buy a sports car or go off to a retreat to 'find themselves'. But not you. You are cut from a different cloth. Not just taking on the wrold's toughest row (the clue is in the name), but coming in first, is truly astounding. You are a beast. Hats of to you, man.
